Power Deficiency

  • Ensure that the filter, hoses, and pipes are clean and in good condition.

  • Make sure the fuel injection system is in good condition and properly adjusted.

  • Verify that the exhaust system, including the catalytic converter and DPF, is not clogged or damaged.


Noisy Operation

  • Ensure that the pipe fittings and support brackets are not loose or damaged and that all connections are secure.

  • Check that there are no leaks or cracks in the intercooler.


Excessive Smoke or Oil Consumption

  • Make sure air filters are not blocked or clogged.

  • Verify that the engine oil specifications fully comply with the car manufacturer’s recommendations.

  • Ensure the oil drain pipe is clean and not blocked.

  • Confirm there is no excessive pressure in the crankcase and that the engine ventilation system is working properly.

  • Check that hoses and connection points are in good condition.

  • If there is oil or carbon residue on the exhaust manifolds or turbo, ensure that there is no lubrication issue in the engine block.
